“The Nauticus Foundation was looking for an HR professional to help us manage a major organization transition in spring 2018. Thanks to Anne-Lise’s guidance and support, we were able to navigate the transition process, communicate with employees on the Nauticus campus and integrate 12 employees into the Foundation.
